Ingredients:
» 6 tbsp melted butter
» 3 3/4 cups flour
» 2 1/2 cups sugar
» 5 tsp baking powder
» 1 1/4 salt
» 1 1/4 vanilla
» 2 1/2 cups milk
» 4 1/2 cups huckleberries
» 2 tbsp raw sugar

This can be made in a 13″ x 9″ baking pan or 9 individual 12 oz souffle cups.
In medium mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add vanilla and milk to dry mix.
Pour melted butter into baking pan and coat bottom of pan. Then pour batter into pan. * If making individual portions, pour 2 tsp into each souffle cup followed by 2/3 cup of batter. Spread batter to all edges of the pan. Spread huckleberries over top of batter. * Individual portions receive 1/2 cup of huckleberries each. Sprinkle raw sugar over top of berries. Bake at 300 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Let sit for 10 minutes and serve with vanilla bean ice cream.
