Ingredients – Meatballs
» 1 lb ground beef
» 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
» 1 tbsp curry powder
» 1 tbsp turmeric powder
» 1 tbsp ground ginger
» salt and pepper to taste
Put the ground beef in a bowl and add all remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. To shape meatballs, choose a consistent scoop and keep uniform. Dampen hands with water and roll mixture until a tight ball forms. Brown meatballs in 2 tablespoons of oil in pan, flip until all sides are browned. Set aside until curry sauce is ready.
Ingredients – Curry Sauce
» 1 can full fat coconut milk
» 1 can chicken broth
» 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
» 2 tbsp curry powder
» 2 tbsp turmeric powder
» 1 tbsp ground ginger
» 1 bay leaf
In large pot add in all ingredients on medium low heat. Add meatballs to hot curry sauce and cook until cooked through, typically an hour. Stir occasionally.
