Ingredients
» 7 cauliflower florets
» 4 slices of jalapeno’
» 2 tbsp mixed diced veggies
» 1 clove of garlic
» 6 tbsp of butter
» 1 tbsp Siracha
» 1 pinch of salt
» 1 pinch of red pepper flakes
» 3 tbsp of white wine
» 1 tbsp Lime juice

Directions
Melt 3 tbsp of butter, add all of the veggies and garlic. Saute´ until butter browns. Add lime juice, Siracha, salt, chili flakes and cook for 30 seconds. Add wine. Reduce until nearly dry and add 3 tbsp of butter, remove from heat and stir until butter melts.
