» 1/3 cup Follow Your Heart
Vegenaise* or mayonnaise
» 1/3 cup sour cream
» ½ Tb lemon juice
» 1 ½ tsp fresh mix of oregano, thyme, basil, and parsley, finely chopped
» 1 medium garlic clove, minced
» ½ tsp onion powder
» ¼ tsp sea salt
» 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
» 1 Tb milk, buttermilk, or water (optional to thin for dressing)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least half an hour to let the flavors meld. Serve with salad, as a dip, or spread on a sandwich.
