This home will be the centerpiece of family gatherings for years to come.
Builder: Rosenberger
As the author Pico Iyer once said, “In an age of distraction, nothing can feel more luxurious than paying attention.”
Attention to detail is the essence of this custom home nestled into the woods outside of Hayden. The Ramsey family had a vision of a home that met everyone’s needs, from children to grandparents, and Rosenberger Construction brought their dream to life.
“This was a custom project designed around their preferences for their young family,” said Shelley Rosenberger. “Brandon works from home, so his office being set apart from the main living area was important. Christina is a professional baker and her kitchen and her expanded laundry area with additional work area gives her the creative space she needs.”
Story continues after a quick message from our sponsor below.
The home boasts over 4,000 square feet of living space and has an attached three-car garage to keep extra toys and tools for the nearly one-acre lot. Large windows highlight the backyard’s water feature, BBQ and dining space, fi re pit seating area and their forest backdrop.
“The home’s orientation on the lot created a private backyard and expansive multi-level outdoor living areas to enjoy,” Rosenberger said.
The master suite has the prime living space, with access to the covered patio from both the bedroom and its private office. A deep, standalone tub topped with a stunning chandelier is framed by dual vanities, while a roomy walk-in shower with contrasting tile work and a bench completes the space. The walk-in closet also features custom his-and-hers sections.
The entry to the home is breathtaking. Roughhewn beams and natural stone on the pillars and gas fireplace hold the vaulted ceiling high overhead, creating an open and welcoming environment with a rustic touch.
The main floor is dominated by an open floor plan design that creates a communal living space all the way from the amazing butler’s pantry through to the great room.
“The home embraces family gatherings and invites celebrations at every opportunity,” said Rosenberger. “The home was also set up with multi-generational living in mind.”
Defined living areas throughout the home provide plenty of space for the Ramseys as well as for visits from friends and family. With two bedrooms and a rec room over the garage, as well as the guest suite with a separate entrance, everyone can have their own space to enjoy their privacy in this wooded location. N
