» 3 white corn tortillas
» ½ cup smoked pulled pork
» 2 tbsp Collective Kitchen BBQ
» Pico de gallo to taste
» Avocado to taste
» 1 tbsp Cotija cheese

If you are making the pulled pork from scratch, slow smoke it for six hours, then finish it in the oven at 260 degrees for five hours. Otherwise, heat premade pulled pork with the BBQ sauce. Gently crisp the tortillas in oil. Top the tacos with as many ingredients as you want.
