RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL
(makes 1-2 bowls)
» 1 cup sliced banana, frozen or fresh
» 2 cups frozen raspberries, divided
» 2/3 cup coconut or almond milk
» 2 tsp honey (optional)
» squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Toppings: granola, sliced fruit, berries, flaxseed, chia seeds, puffed rice, fresh mint, edible flours, shredded coconut, grated chocolate, yogurt.
Combine the banana, 1½ cup raspberries, milk, honey and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and fold in the remaining raspberries. Top with ingredients of your choice. Enjoy!

BLACKBERRY SUMMER MULE MOCKTAIL
(makes 2 mocktails)
» 12 blackberries
» 2 limes, cut into wedges, 1 lime whole
» 10 fresh mint leaves
» 2 non-alcoholic ginger beers
» ice
Crush blackberries, lime wedges and mint leaves with the back of a spoon or a muddler in the bottom of a pitcher until the juices have been released. Cover with ice and top with ginger beer. Stir to combine. Serve cold in mule mugs and garnish with extra berries, mint leaves and lime wedges.
