Ingredients
» 1 (15 oz.) can organic garbanzo beans, with only 1/2 can of liquid drained
(I love the flavor of Field Day garbanzos)
» 2 medium garlic cloves (Roasted garlic is excellent here – add 1-2 more if
roasted)
» 1/4 cup organic tahini, stirred (I use Woodstock Farms)
» 1/4 cup organic olive oil
» 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
» 3/4 tsp Real salt
» 1/4 tsp citric acid (vitamin C) powder
» 1/2 tsp cumin powder

Place all ingredients in a food processor (chunkier) or Vitamix (smoother) and blend until well combined and desired consistency. Serve with sweet potato chips, cured meats and gourmet cheeses.
