Up North Distillery Wins Best of Category & Gold Medal at the American Distilling Institute 2018 Spirits Competition.
April 2, 2018 POST FALLS, UP NORTH DISTILLERY is pleased to announce that our company has recently won a “Gold Medal” & “Best of Specialty Spirits” for our Honey Spirits at the 2018 American Distilling Institute Competition. This product is made solely from Idaho honey. We create a mead wine and then distill it, resulting in a naturally gluten free spirit with an essence of honey.
Entrants consisted of newly opened micro-distilleries to globally recognized spirit brands.
