Rich was born and raised on a dairy farm in the harsh elements of Northern Minnesota. At an early age, he developed the work ethic that is behind MB Builders today. He and his wife Mary, moved to the Coeur d Alene area in 1994. Rich began working for Mick Blakely at MB Builders Inc. in 1995. Together, their efforts brought MB Builders to a level of custom building that is not easily matched. Rich joined Mick as a partner in 2008 and the company name changed slightly to MB Builders and Development LLC. In January of 2014, Mick retired his position and Rich & Mary became sole owners.
