Builder: ASPEN HOMES
Tram Interior: STANCRAFT
Atop one of Hayden Lake’s north shores is a community of fine custom homes named The Falls at Hayden Lake. True to its name, a 100 ft. waterfall cascades over a natural basalt cliff to a community park at its base. And below the park, the community dock is located. The question then remains; what is the safest, most accommodating approach for residents and guests to reach the park and dock without a climbing harness or hundreds of stairs?
The answer came in the form of a Tram. The two year project cost hundreds on thousands, but the result is spectacular. This rail-traveling transport boasts a self-leveling cab that seats a whopping sixteen, allowing passengers to travel comfortably to one of three depots along its route. The luxurious interior of the cab was designed and built by the folks at StanCraft, assuring that guests travel in style. Despite its unique quality, it manages, quite nicely, to maintain the ‘national park’ theme found throughout The Falls at Hayden Lake community.
