Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole milk ricotta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
To garnish:
- honey
- olive oil
- crushed almonds
- flaked salt
- cracked pepper
- fresh herbs (whatever is in season)
Instructions:
Whip heavy cream in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer until fluffy and stiff peaks form. Fold in salt and ricotta with a spatula. Spread onto a plate and garnish with honey, olive oil, crushed almonds, flaked salt, cracked pepper and fresh herbs. Serve with grilled bread or assorted veggies.
