Traditionally, downtown Coeur d’Alene has offered all sorts of options for fine dining and shopping but not so many for fine living. StanCraft Construction Group is helping to change this with the creation of The Nest, a series of luxury single-family townhomes on the 800 block of Lakeside Avenue. The modern development features five three-story townhomes: Robin, Starling, Finch, Wren and The Sparrow. The builder worked with architect DZIGN Group in Hayden and Poet Interiors out of Houston to create The Sparrow, a multi-level urban dwelling featuring high-end finishes and a residential elevator. It boasts 3,600 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two half baths and a detached two-car garage. N
